Within our teams, we have two main groups: the front of house and the back of house teams. Our front of house teams are customer-centric, ensuring every guest creates lasting memories. They assist customers, maintain a clean restaurant, and keep everything ready for the next guests. There are three main positions within our front of house team (positions may vary by location): servers, cashiers, and milkshake designers. Servers and milkshake designers start at an hourly wage of $2.13 + tips, with different rates for those over 21. Cashiers begin at an hourly wage of $13, which is not a tipped position.

Our back of house teams consist of short order cooks/prep cooks and dishwashers, who ensure our delicious food is prepared to perfection and the kitchen meets all health standards. Dishwashers, usually growing into prep cooks, start at $14 per hour.

*Exclusive to our Clarksville location*: We're looking for a hands-on assistant manager. This full-time role involves overseeing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This position requires individuals aged 21 or older and includes weekends and nights with a five-day work schedule and two days off.
